TATTOO FLASH RULES
- Your comes a $25 tattoo and a voucher for ONE pumpkin painting experience (additional pumkins available at an additional cost)
- Tattoos larger than 1 inch in diameter will be an additional cost
- FLASH designs are made as is. NO CHANGES can be made, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- limit one per person, additional designs are an additional cost.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be skipped and have to wait in line.
- NO REFUNDS will be given at any time under any circumstance.
